My leadership is characterized by building high-caliber teams and steering them toward engineering excellence. I am a "jack of all trades" in technology, but my unique edge comes from combining my MBA and MSc in Psychology with my technical roots. This allows me to foster cultures of collaboration and innovation that are as psychologically sound as they are technically robust.
Currently, I am at the helm of an integrated time-tracking management system that aligns seamlessly with Wagepoint's principal payroll platform, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
